About Us
Background
The Optimist Club of Port Stanley is a local service club chartered by Optimist International. Since our incorporation as a not for profit corporation in 1976, our club members have been striving to make our community and the world a better place for our youngest and most vulnerable citizens. Members recognize that we must contribute something to the life of the community from which we and our families draw our daily benefits. All monies collected at fundraisers and through donations go directly back into the community focused on but not limited to youth and Kids in the community. By supporting healthy activities for young people, providing hope and positive vision, Optimists bring out the best in Kids.
